The all-new Porsche Cayenne has arrived in the UK, boasting a larger and more efficient design. Despite the longer wheelbase, the sleek body and sharper front end give the impression of a smaller vehicle.

The Cayenne is Porsche's best-selling model, generating significant revenue for the company. The latest version, the top-spec Turbo, is the fastest 4x4 in the world.

At first glance, the Cayenne Turbo may seem expensive and unnecessary for most buyers. However, a closer look reveals the extraordinary achievements of Porsche with this car. It offers the benefits of a full-size 4x4, including a comfortable ride, elevated seating position, and spacious interior. Additionally, the Turbo model is as fast as a 911 Carrera 4S and offers improved fuel economy and weight savings compared to its predecessor.

Inside the Cayenne, drivers will find a Panamera-style rising center console and high-quality materials throughout. The car's weight has been reduced by 185kg, and stop-start technology is now standard, resulting in improved fuel economy and reduced emissions.

Despite its size, the Cayenne Turbo is powered by a 4.8-liter twin-turbo engine that delivers impressive performance. It can accelerate from 0-62mph in just 4.7 seconds, accompanied by a satisfying exhaust note.

Behind the wheel, the Cayenne feels composed and agile, with precise steering and minimal body roll. The Dynamic Chassis control, PASM suspension, and Torque Vectoring Plus system enhance cornering capabilities, making the Cayenne feel like a sports car on stilts.

While the Cayenne Turbo excels in performance, the Range Rover remains the top choice for luxury and comfort. The Range Rover's supercharged V8 engine may not match the Cayenne Turbo's performance, but it offers unparalleled off-road capabilities.
