Renamed former Continental Russia plant
【Summary】S8 Capital acquires Continental AG's assets in Russia, renames tyre manufacturing facility in Kaluga as Cordiant Kaluga; responsible for tyre production.
With the acquisition of Continental AG's assets in Russia by holding company S8 Capital, the tyre manufacturing facility, LLC Continental Kaluga, has been given a new name. The facility will now be known as LLC Cordiant Kaluga. This change in legal name became effective on 17 August 2023. LLC Cordiant Kaluga will primarily focus on tyre production at the former Continental plant in Kaluga, which is located approximately 100 miles southwest of Moscow.
