【Summary】The former Continental Russia plant has been renamed LLC Cordiant Kaluga after its assets were acquired by S8 Capital. The renamed company will focus on tire production at the Kaluga plant.

With the acquisition of Continental AG's assets in Russia by S8 Capital, the tyre manufacturing facility, LLC Continental Kaluga, has undergone a name change. It is now known as LLC Cordiant Kaluga. The new legal name became effective on 17 August 2023. LLC Cordiant Kaluga will primarily focus on tyre production at the former Continental plant located in Kaluga, which is approximately 100 miles southwest of Moscow.
