Suzuki has cleverly combined the words "frontier" and "cross-over" to create the name "Fronx" for their new vehicle. This name reflects both the vehicle's ability to cross frontiers in the market segment and its design, which crosses the frontier between SUV and coupé. The name is catchy and easy to remember, just like the driving experience of the Fronx.

In South Africa, the majority of volume sales fall within the price range of R300,000 to R375,000. The Fronx is priced from R279,900 to R335,900, making it an attractive option for customers who want to get the most bang for their buck.

The Suzuki Fronx introduces a new styling concept to the Suzuki lineup – that of a coupé SUV. The Fronx features signature Suzuki SUV design elements, such as the grille, as well as new design elements like the swooping roofline, bold wheel arches, dual-layer front lights, large alloy wheels, and LED tail lamps.

Suzuki understands that customers who choose the Fronx want to stand out from the crowd. That's why they offer a wide range of exterior paint options, including Arctic White Pearl, Splendid Silver Pearl Metallic, Grandeur Grey Pearl Metallic, Celestial Blue Pearl Metallic, Lucent Orange Pearl Metallic, and Bluish Black Pearl.

The interior of the Suzuki Fronx is designed with convenience in mind. All versions of the Fronx come equipped with features like a leather-clad multi-function steering wheel with Bluetooth and audio controls, cruise control, electric windows, automatic climate control, central locking, electric power steering, USB charging points, and a center console box that doubles as an armrest and storage compartment.

Under the hood, the Suzuki Fronx is powered by the reliable K15B engine. This 1.5l four-cylinder petrol engine delivers 77kW of power and 138Nm of torque. It can be paired with either a five-speed manual transmission or a four-speed automatic transmission.

Suzuki is a rapidly growing car brand in South Africa, with models like the Swift and Jimny winning awards in the 2019 Car of the Year competition.
