Despite a 4cm longer wheelbase, the new Cayenne appears smaller due to its taut body and sharper front end. As Porsche's best-selling SUV, the Cayenne generates significant revenue for the company, allowing for limited-run specials like the GT2 RS.

While the Cayenne Turbo may seem expensive and unnecessary to many buyers, a closer look reveals the extraordinary achievements of this car. In addition to offering the benefits of a full-size 4x4, such as a supple ride, elevated seating position, and ample space, the Turbo model is as fast as a 911 Carrera 4S in a straight line and nearly as quick through corners. Despite weighing 2.1 tonnes, the Turbo boasts a 185kg weight saving compared to its predecessor and a 31% increase in fuel economy, thanks to stop-start technology.
